Since 2008, MEF has provided $4,000 annually to each school ($16,000 district-wide). We believe that our students should learn in and through the arts. This program was created to ensure that our students are exposed to new experiences that will open their minds and spark their creativity, and to get them excited about the world in which they live.
“Arts education aids students in skills needed in the workplace: flexibility, the ability to solve problems and communicate, the ability to learn new skills, to be creative and innovative, and to strive for excellence.”
